Responsibilities

• Provide assistance on HR function including labour cases, work injury, performance management, and employee relations activities as well as staff recruitment
• Maintain data in HRIS, and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• Provide full spectrum of clerical, general administrative duties, and secretarial support to Manager
• Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in HR and Administration
• Self-motivated, detail-minded, stable and dependable
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office & Chinese word processing
