Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance on HR function including labour cases, work injury, performance management, and employee relations activities as well as staff recruitment
- Maintain data in HRIS, and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Provide full spectrum of clerical, general administrative duties, and secretarial support to Manager
- Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ of relevant experience in HR and Administration
- Self-motivated, detail-minded, stable and dependable
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
- Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office & Chinese word processing
