Responsibilities

• Perform HR function including staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, leave administration, performance management, and employee relations activities
• Maintain data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
• On-going review of HR & administration policies, procedures, rules & regulations
• Provide administrative support, and prepare documents in an accurate and efficient manner
• Assist to prepare reports that summarize information and data, reviews information to verify accuracy and completeness
• Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in all-rounded human resources functions., experience in supervisory position would be an added advantage
• Well-versed in Labour Ordinance, and employee related regulations
• Detail-minded, analytical and well-organized with positive working attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English & Chinese
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft Office & Chinese word processing
