Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for recruitment and related activities
• Identify suitable candidates and conduct the interviews
• Promote recruitment service to existing customers and identify new business opportunities
• Provide sophisticated consultation services for customers and candidates
• Cultivate close relationship with customers and candidates
• Collect and analyses market intelligence and extend market coverage
• Handle the recruitment procedures to find the TARGET person for the TARGET job

Job Requirements / Qualification:

• F.7/ Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in HR
• For Senior Recruitment Consultant ~ 5 Years  working experiences with related field, with Merchandising field experiences is a bonus
• For Recruitment Consultant ~ 2 Years working experiences with related field in consultant firm or in-house HR
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Energetic, self-motivated,  aggressive, presentable, flexible, target oriented and hardworking, good team player and able to work independently
• Good Command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
