Requirements :

• Diploma / Certificate in relevant disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant working experience in related field
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• High Proficiency in MS Office 
• Responsible and self-motivated
• ISO knowledge 
• Immediate available

Responsibilities :

• To provide secretarial and administrative support to Director;
• Manage appointments and schedules for Director
• Sort and review incoming correspondence and route them to relevant project teams;
• Perform general HR and administrative duties, e.g. maintain the staff's leave record and responsible for recruitment and handle the recruitment process;
• Compile and update company's website ; 
• handle general office administration such as procurement and control of office supplies, stationery and office equipment including liaise with outsource IT consultant on IT issues;
• Assist the Quality Assurance System Management Team to prepare quality management related documents such as internal procedures, manuals, forms and reports;
• Coordinate and follow up internal and external quality audits; and
• Other Ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by Director
