Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of Human Resources functions such as compensation and benefits, payroll calculation, taxation, staff recruitment, leave management, performance appraisal, employee relations and staff activities etc. 
• Prepare HR correspondences, employment contract,  handbook  and announcement
• Provide administrative support to office and shops, e.g. order stationary, filing, maintenance, insurance renewal, tender and trademark etc.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions
• Handle office/shop’s relocation, renovation, reinstatement
• Assist in any ad hoc projects
• Execute any other duties as assigned by management
  

Requirements

• Degree or diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 – 3 years working experience in HR and office administration field
• Well versed with Ordinances related to HR and all relevant statutory requirements
• Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Good written skills in English and Chinese
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, good problem-solving & well-organized
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as HR Officer
