Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor Regional HR & Admin procedures and guidelines.
• Responsible for all-rounded HR functions including recruitment & selection, training and development, employee relations, HR operations and performance management etc.
• Support the performance management cycle.
• Provide advices to managers and staff in setting clear performance objectives.
• Provide daily office administrative operations effectively and efficiently
• Update company records, filing and data entry and arrange staff meetings
• Responsible for business trip and handle travel booking,
• Recording and distributing the minutes of meetings
• Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers on office supplies, facilities and maintenance
• Perform ad-hoc HR and Admin projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines
• Above 5 years’ Human Resources experience preferably with hands-on knowledge in HK labor legislation
• Positive thinking, self-driven, hardworking, responsible, attentive to details, initiative, good communication, interpersonal skills, committed attitude and able to meet tight deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Work independently and a good team player
• Willing to work flexible hours.
