Our clients is an international bank and they are seeking for experienced Retail Banking Mortgage sales to join their SME banking team

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial secured lending and mortgage services to existing bank customers
• Develop new customers or business partners (solicitor firms, property agencies, referral intermediaries, etc)
• To achieve business sales target
• Handle mortgage applications and follow up the process until loan disbursement

Requirements

• Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or rated disciplines
• Minimum 1 years related experience in mortgage lending business / property market or banking sell experience
• Good networking with property agent, solicitor firm is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
