Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage the Packaged Banking products to sustain the business growth of premium customer segment and achieve business target
  • Monitor the trend, competitive scene, regulation and consumer behaviour in driving the attractiveness and competitiveness of segment products and manage all day-to-day activities, innovations and enhancement projects to support assigned marketing initiatives
  • Act as project manager to continually enhance frontline & customer experience through driving product innovation, system/ process enhancement project and refining standardized marketing process/ operating procedure to streamline manual support & establish sound control point
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies for new product launch to support overall portfolio and profitability growth of the Bank
  • Develop and implement on-going customer experience / events and loyalty activities to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Efficiently formulate budget, manage cost control, initiate market research/ customer survey and business analysis to support thorough evaluation of marketing strategy and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage relationships with internal parties and external suppliers, managing deadlines and ensuring quality of deliverables
  • Manage product features fulfilment logistics and ensure timely deliverable with satisfactory customer experience and handle customer complaints or enquiries in timely manner
  • Ensure all programs/ projects are strictly adhered to banking practices, compliance and regulatory requirements

 

 Requirements

  • University degree in business studies, preferably in finance, marketing or equivalent
  • A minimum of 8 year marketing experience, preferably in segment or banking product
  • Good knowledge of business practices, compliance requirements and regulations across general banking, investment & insurance and consumer assets products both locally and regionally
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management, advertising production and direct marketing with good business sense and attentive to details in efficient manner
  • Dedicated to drive business results and proven capability to motivate team members
  • Experienced in liaising with external business partner and supplier
  • Ability to keep abreast of changes in market, customer need, competitors’ response and capabilities to identify new business opportunities and appropriate marketing strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill to work, interact with cross-function teams and facilitate business interactions
  • Proven effectiveness as a self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment with ability to think both creatively and strategically, multi-task and to establish and drive high priority initiatives
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
