Head of Equity Capital Market

Job Responsibilities:

• To develop and follow-up the placement projects, conduct analysis and provide solutions;
• Coordinate with both internal sales team and external parties including clients, investors, issuers and regulatory authorities;
• Review existing policies and procedures within the organization to ensure all regulations are aligned with SFC.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance or relevant disciplines;
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Financial Services;
• Familiar with Hong Kong securities, bonds, primary and secondary market placement business;
• Familiar with related processes and regulatory rules;
• With strong project resource development capability;
• With positive work attitude, responsible and good communication skill;
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Immediately available is an advantage.
