Responsibilities :

• Prepare voucher, arrange invoicing, data input etc.;
• Assist the month-end accounting entries;
• Handle full set of accounts;
• Prepare monthly financial statement, regular reports and document;
• Handle bank reconciliation and Inter-company transactions;
• Monitor daily operation in account receivable and debt collection including preparation of client billing statements
• Monitor daily operation in account payable and reconciliation including all supplier payments

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience full set account / lesser experience will be consider as account clerk
• Proficiency in Chinese word processing, MS Excel & Ms Word
• Good command in both written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Work Location : Kowloon Bay
• Work day : 5.5 days
