Job Duties:-
- Input invoices and receipts into accounting software
- Prepare cheques for payments
- Keep track of account statements
- Go to the bank to make deposits
- Prepare documents for annual audit and answer any questions related to it
- Filing
- Miscellaneous tasks
 
Expectations:-
- Detail orientated and meticulous with a great attitude
- Can prioritise work
- Completes tasks in a timely manner
- PC knowledge is required
- Spoken & written English is a must
