Our Clients are recruiting candidates for worldwide cosmetic brands. To cope with their business expansion and store openings, they are looking for a Trainer to join their team:

The Job:

• Identify training and development needs to cope with company business
• Design, organize and delivery training class, products knowledge, consultative selling skills
• Coordinate with external and internal partners for training and development delivery
• Develop course evaluation & performance measurement to ensure training effectiveness
• Maintain updated training databases / records and compile regular management reports
• Participate in ad hoc projects / tasks as assigned
• Inspire and train employees by setting the example of excellent service and sales and through team selling

The Candidate:

• More than 3 years of experience in sales or education management/ supervisory experience required
• Certified in Cosmetology certificate is preferred
• In store retail experience is preferred
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good in Cantonese/Mandarin/English
