Clerk of Works (Contract)

Private Client (High-end Residential Interior Fitting out Works)

Requirements:

• Over 10 years experience in high-end residential interior fitting out works site supervision and control quality of works.

• Familiar with building material, workmanship, and site operations.

• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on daily construction works and quality control of materials used for the project.

• Oversee the performance of contractors to ensure achievement of required standard.

• Prepare and issue COW and progress report on a regular basis.

• Report to client on project’s progress and any site issues

• Monitor site works to ensure that specifications, working procedures, works schedule and quality controls are strictly followed.

• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

• Coordinate and work closely with designers, consultants and internal team on project progression and implementation.

The tentative employment period for the above position will be 18 months and will commence in March 2017.
