The Centre Principal will resume the overall responsibility for the smooth-running of the Centre, lead and support a dynamic team, ensure a high level of parents satisfaction and provide care and education to children. 

The Centre Principal is a member of the management team and reports directly to the Executive Director. Fully paid training and certification in Japan and Shanghai will be provided for.

Your key tasks will consist of, but not limited to:

• Leading, managing and motivating your team.
• Ensuring customer service goes beyond expectations of parents and students.
• Budgetary control and manage the financial affairs of the Centre.
• Work with academic team to ensure curriculum complies with Heguru standards.
• Develop positive relationships and regular communications with strategic partners and government agencies.
• Represent Heguru and participates in Hong Kong's education and social community.

Requirements:

• Love for children and great passion for educating children. 
• Management experiences in early childhood education industry.
• Love working with children, parents and young people.
• Business minded with a strong sense of customer service.
• Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leader.
• Able to work on weekends. 5 days week.
