• Experience in-charge of Maintenance team, will lead and set up of service team
• Good communications with Residential Property Management Office
• Willing to work under pressure
• Working on night shift, public holiday and Sunday is MUST
• Holding of Degree or Higher Diploma of any Engineering subject will be preference
• Passed in English;
• Basic knowledge of ATS and LV diesel generator
• Holder or REW will be preference.
