The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Hotel’s pastry and bakery division to ensure the efficient, effective production of all pastries and desserts.

Essential requirements

• 5 years experience in the same or similar capacity
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations with strict controls on HACCP procedures, ISO standards, procedures and certification
• Demonstrate innovation in menu design and themed events
