Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Hotel’s pastry and bakery division to ensure the efficient, effective production of all pastries and desserts.
A few of the defining attributes of the Pastry Chef are his/her team-orientated personality, creativity and innovative spirit.
Essential requirements
- 5 years experience in the same or similar capacity
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
- Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations with strict controls on HACCP procedures, ISO standards, procedures and certification
- Demonstrate innovation in menu design and themed events
