POSITION OBJECTIVE

The person will work with a team of credit analysts/underwriters to evaluate vehicle credit applications and approvals within the credit rules, corporate guidelines and regulations and to communicate with dealers, customers and agencies with the objective to deliver the highest possible level of services to our end customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform credit application assessments to acquire good quality deals with observance to credit rules, policies & lending standards and defined processes
• Conduct credit evaluation such as perform TransUnion report checking, company and land searches and provide recommendations for the credit approval
• Work closely with internal parties to provide excellent services and professional communications to customers and dealers, including reply to requests and credit approvals
• Analyze business data and generate reports for management review
• Maintain and optimize credit evaluation tools, templates, document lists and manuals regularly
• Participate in implementing and managing various credit related projects
• Perform system testing and propose enhancement on systems to optimize performance for fulfilling business needs
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in finance/accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in credit function of financial services and/or banking industry
• Knowledge of credit related rules and regulations
• Excellent analytical skill and attention to detail
• Good sense of responsibilities and teamwork spirit
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)

For the successful candidate, we offer a 5-day week in addition to a salary that commensurate with your experience and qualification.
