Job Description
Responsibilities and key tasks
Support duties (60%)

Provide first level support for all departments in relation to our Microsoft dynamics NAV solution in our offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Bangkok
- Ensure a reasonable response and solution time to all end user requests
- Escalate support requests to project manager and headquarters as required
IT Administration (20%)
- Manage end user accounts, permissions and access rights
- Configure and prepare laptops
Training (10%)

Prepare and update training documentations and release notes
- Organize and provide trainings and handle the follow-up of those trainings
Project delivery (10%)
- Identify system change requests to improve system according to business requirements
- Assist in preparing technical specifications of business requirements
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above (in I.T. related disciplines is an advantage)
- 1-2 years working experience in IT support or merchandising in buying office or trading company
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution is a plus
- Well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Independent, flexible and able to work in a team
