We’re looking for a Critical Path Analyst to join Target. This candidate is responsible to analyse the critical path and keep track of the milestones to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyse the critical path (CP) for various departments through identifying and maintaining the minor milestones
• Monitor and keep track of the minor milestones to ensure the tasks are completed within the allocated timeframes
• Identify operational risks and issues, and communicate with stakeholders for remedial actions
• Escalate adherence to CP
• Generate reports to assist department heads and managers in day-to-day operations
• Provide day-to-day support for all teams on achieving CP
• Act as the central escalation / support point for the company, and collaborate effectively with project team members across different locations

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Business, Operational Management, Merchandising or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in international company – preferably in Merchandising field
• Experience with analysing and managing critical path or schedule of projects
• Understanding of the sourcing business
• Able to work with various parties across all levels
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project management, problem solving and analytical skills
