The successful candidate will act as a technical expertise on hardware platform including installation, system configurations and maintenance to our customers.  He/She will also responsible for planning, executing and delivering assigned projects.

Job scope and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate as the main customer contact on any work orders for hardware maintenance and/or installation
• Full responsible to deliver quality services to customers, in terms of scope, service levels and customer satisfaction
• Establish and document the Incident, Problem and Change Management processes and oversee proper execution of these processes
• Collaborate with different stakeholders such as customers, IT partners, suppliers and other service teams to ensure successful execution of service delivery
• Provide support on Fujitsu products to our service partners in the following areas:

o   Level 2 technical support

o   Training and Fujitsu product certification

• Conduct regular review and reporting of all work orders and service requests, and service improvement plan (if so necessary) with our service partners

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ solid H/W & S/W experience in Unix and or Intel platform; Any sound knowledge on Fujitsu Products is highly preferred but not a Must
• Qualified MCSE and Sun Certified System Administrator will be an advantage
• Networking, SAN or NAS administration and support experience will be an added value           
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills between different parties
• Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Reliable and possess leadership competence to drive result
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
