Job Description
Duties:
- Provide 1st level support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard and client’s applications, and hardware issues
- Managed/configured desktops, deployed applications/software and applied updates/patches using remote access
- Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in IT related disciplines
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of PC, Laptops, Printers troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2007, 2010
- Good communication and problem solving skills
