The successful candidate will be provided with opportunities to have overseas trainings and participated in inter-departmental meetings whenever required.

The Assistant Manager in the Property Insurance Department will support in respect of underwriting/claims handling/marketing.

The duties will include:

• Achieve company’s financial budget both in top line and bottom line.
• Market relationship management in the region.
• Provide necessary guidance to underwriters in the team.
• Handle a portfolio of property renewals and new business made up of complex risks.
• Ability to seek out and secure new and profitable business.
• Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Required Profile:

• A Prof. Diploma/or University degree from any discipline;
• Having At least 7 years’ experience in insurance industry preferable;
• good interpersonal skills;
• Outcome focused, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic.
• Knowledge of the market, portfolio management, acquisition and distribution.
• work independently;
• Travel as required.
• fluent spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English;
