We have vacancy for Senior Manager to oversee recruitment of sponsors for our events in Hong Kong and China. The candidate will be responsible for developing and designing sponsorship programmes with event owners, shortlist and contacting potential sponsors to secure sponsorships, monitoring and tracking sponsored activities to ensure that sponsorship programmes are adhered to, meet budgets, developing new clients and maintain existing clients, supervise and train staff and other duties relating to the overall management of sponsorship activities.

We are seeking experienced managers with strong track record and sound working knowledge of event sponsorships. Candidates with prior experience in China with established contacts and network amongst industry players will be preferred. The candidate should have more than 8 years experience in senior managerial role. The candidate will be given financial target responsibilities.

Requirements :

• Preferably university graduate but those without qualifications but with relevant senior management experience may also be considered.
• Min 8 years hands on and supervisory experience in management of sponsorship programmes.
• Supervise subordinates in the various sponsorship activities including developing, securing and monitoring sponsorship programmes sponsor's targets and expectations
• Good presentation, interpersonal, organising and communication skills
• Self-motivated & adaptable to new business environment
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese. Those with other language proficiency will have priority.
