Requirements :

• Tertiary education
• 10 years working experience in toys trading/manufacturing/buying office, of which preferably minimum 5 years related to production planning/merchandising focus on production side/supply chain management/production management/vendor management; or equivalent
• Solid knowledge in toys manufacturing process
• Experience in sizable toys companies is an advantage
• Experience in working for international toys brands is an advantage
• Experience in US market/US retailers/US department stores a plus
• Knowledge in production capacity planning / vendor management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with vendors, overseas customers and internal departments

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing production capacity planning and scheduling
• Managing Production Team, schedule planning and operation
• Leading a team of Production Planning
• Frequent trip or station in Dongguan office
