Responsibilities:

• Direct report to COO of site management.
• Identify new business opportunities
• Provide pre-sales consultation and account service to clients
• Identify and explore potential international brand principals through market experience, research & trend analysis
• Understand the business process and provide analysis, recommendations for the new product development.
• Coordinate with other teams like the marketing team in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation
• Prepare related marketing collateral and communication materials
• Manage new business development projects schedule and budget.
• Work closely with internal departments for quality, specifications, testing procedures, process review, cost control, production efficiency optimization, continuous improvement etc.
• Coordinate and work with sales, marketing, R&D function, and external vendors on new product definition, ID, development and deliverables
• Monitor and oversee progress of projects from project design to mass production launch including planning, control of schedule, development costs, BOM cost.
• Provide full spectrum of sales support including preparation of proposal, market research and information analysis
• Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth
• Maintain close communications and relationship with internal & external parties and handle ad hoc projects as assigned
• Co-ordinate with R&D team on new business unit development projects.
• Plan, design, develop, control parts/products to ensure customer requirements are met
  
  
  

Requirement:

• Graduated in the areas of mechanical engineering, Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least five years of working experience on plastics or Foam molding products or Sports consumer products
• Strong technical know-how on mechanical on molding or consumer products
• Good project and product planning experience and be able to implement new products on a time to market manner
• Creative, open-mind, able to work in a fast moving and high pressure environment
• Outgoing, presentable, self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
• Fluent in English and Putonghua and Proficient in spoken and written English is essential Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office application including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Stationed in Factory which located Dongguan.
