KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with sponsors to assist and ensure promotional activations are within FC Barcelona’s guidelines
• Ability to effectively present information to sponsors and internal representatives and respond to questions from managers and clients
• Advise and support Business Development Team on partnership proposals, implementation, research and maintenance
• Work as assigned to execute and monitor sponsor promotions and activities
• Manage and track all account history, relationship details and partnership activation details on a consistent basis
• Play an essential role in maintaining collateral, articles, photographs, newspaper clippings, press releases, statistics, etc. for use in preparing and presenting inclusive sponsor recaps to key decision makers during the contract renewal process
• Business travel to Asia Pacific region as well as Barcelona will be required
• Other duties as assigned 

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree holder is preferred
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Experience or knowledge in football/ sports marketing and sponsorship would be advantageous
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and multiple tasks
• Able to work flexible working hours
• Problem solving skills
• An outgoing self-starter, independent and hardworking
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to travel within Asia Pacific region
• Proficient in English as a working language; knowledge of Japanese and other Asian languages would be a plus
