• To provide day-to-day installation, trouble shooting and technical support of software and hardware to shop operations, including POS systems, tablets, CCTV, Wifi and routers
• To provide hotline support
• To assist in user training, system rollout and documentation

We are looking for

• Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 2 years experience in PC support
• Knowledge in SQL and database software
• Familiar with PC hardware and networking
• Detail-minded and able to finish tasks within a tight schedule
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Outdoor work is required
