Our client is a FT500 IT&T organization with global expansion and now looking for potential incumbents to join their team.

The role:

• Define project schedule, resource utilization and allocation and drive for implementation towards the objective
• Provide valuable input on product development and assist in conducting research, feasibility study, business cases and roadmap development, etc. 
• Ensure the installation of ICT service is consistence with customers’ requirement
• Work close with various internal and external parties for order activation, deployment and testing
• Communicate with customers to update the order installation status
• Prepare progress report for management review

If you are:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years’ relevant experience in service delivery of system integration projects gained from ISP, SI or related industries; also welcome those with hands on experience in technical/engineering support
• Good knowledge of ICT technology and familiar in IP Routing & Switching, DNS, MPLS, etc.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
