• Communicate brand requirement to the Company’s Product Development Team
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing initiatives
• Ensure products and collections reflect current and potential market trends
• Formulate product and marketing strategies of assigned watch brand
• Analyze market, competitors and fashion trends for the development of product plans
• Analyze sales data, consumer behavior and prepare product development brief
• Work closely with Product Development Team in watch design, sample production, unit price negotiation and on-time delivery.

We are looking for

• Degree holder or above
• 8 years or above experience in watches business or merchandising area
• SAP/ERP experience is an advantage
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Strong fashion sense, high sensitivity to market trends and consumer behavior in Asia
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details with hands on approach
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and to make recommendations to management
• Proven experience in market and trend analysis, product marketing
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
