Key job tasks/duties/responsibilities:

• Sourcing products with right vendors & handle product development with buying team
• Management of orders follow up and on time delivery
• Managing and reporting on on-time deliveries
• Maintain relationships between factories, buyers, Quality Assurance teams. 
• Production of technical documentation and update as required
• Work closely with Quality Assurance Teams
• Negotiations with factories
• Sample packing

To be successful in this role you will need:

• At least 3 years merchandising experience is a must on home products related, table top dinnerware, glassware, decoration, napery. 
• Preferred have buying office experience
• Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
• Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Desire to own decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
• Willingness to travel when required & as necessary
• A confident and proactive work ethic
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary Qualification is preferred but not essential
