Key Responsibilities: -

• Assisting on daily operations, such as handling of samples, ticketing, and data input;
• Preparing trading documents, such as quotations, contracts, instructions for vendors;
• Maintain strong business relationships and liaison with vendors for procurement of samples;
• Arrange sample submission to customers for approval;
• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers  and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery;
• Responsible for product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements;
• Perform other ad hoc duties

Skills and experience requirements: -

• 2 to 4 years’ experience in garment/textile trading field;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser;
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing is required;
• Work independent and self-motivated;
• Attentive to details and able to work under pressure;
• Detail minded and strong communication skills;
• Experience in Liaison with factory for sample production is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Sourcing, sampling and following orders;
• Immediate available is an advantage
