Duties:

Reporting to the General Manager in discharging the following duties:

• Conduct clients due diligence procedures
• Prepare periodic reports to update on the compliance activities
• To assist in organizing internal or external compliance related training programs for staff
• Develop, implement and enhance compliance policies and procedures
• To ensure new compliance requirements from the Group are timely and appropriately communicated to all concerned parties
• Other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Recognised university degree
• Min. 2-3 years relevant experience gained from financial institutions, corporate or fiduciary services firm
• Knowledge of FATCA, CRS and other relevant regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Candidates with professional qualification or more experience will be considered for senior role.
