Job Description:

• Perform a wide range of company secretarial works including but not limited to prepare minutes/ written resolutions and relevant statutory documents for Hong Kong and Offshore companies
• Update and maintain the statutory records and registers
• Manage the deadline of holding Annual General Meeting and filing Annual Return
• Liaise with other professional parties, bankers and government authorities
• Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder of Corporate Governance or Business Administration
• HKICS student member is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the company secretarial industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is preferred
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese with conversational Mandarin
• Candidates with more experiences will be considered for the post of Senior Company Secretarial Officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
