Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of company secretarial services for listed company, subsidiaries and group companies.
• Assists arrangement of board meetings and preparation of relevant papers.
• Assists in preparation of annual reports, interim reports and announcements.
• To handle statutory filings, maintain statutory records and registers of group companies.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor/management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder and being a finalist of HKICS/ICSA or equivalent
• Over 3 years’ related experience gain from listed companies/law firms/professional firms preferred.
• Familiar with Listing Rules, SFO and Company Ordinance.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese typing.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and a good team player Strong sense of responsibility.
