Our Management Trainee Programme is tailor-made for Fresh Graduates and aims at training Graduates become YOUNG PROFESSIONALS. Selected candidates can choose their preferred stream(s) and will be trained and rotated in different areas including, but not limited to Premier Financial Service, Private Banking, Account Executive, Business Development, Customer Relationship, Direct Sales & Marketing, Operations Administration and Product Analysis.

 Our programme has been developed to offer you exposure in a corporate environment in the financial sector. This opportunity will provide you with entry-level work experience that will serve as a stepping stone to brighten and broaden your career path.                                                                            

After the Management Trainee Program, candidates will become professionals in the following area:

5. Asset Under Advisory Building Programme

 Requirements:

• University graduate
• Positive attitude
• Passion for the financial markets (essential)
• Ability to handle pressure and multi task
• Determination, persistence, drive and ambition
• Ethical, a quick learner, motivated and competitive
• Solid PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate in Cantonese is preferred
• Good time management and resource allocation
• HKSI paper 1, 7, 8 and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 or equivalent
