Duties:

• Assist on sales strategies formulation and execution
• Responsible for sales ordinance compliance
• Coordinate the legal and conveyancing matters with solicitors
• Responsible for sales operation including sales office management
• Conduct market research and update relevant reports

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines. Chartered Surveyor is an advantage.
• Min. 4 - 6 years’ experience in Hong Kong property industry
• Sound knowledge in residential development projects
• Presentable and possess good negotiation and communication skills
• Sounded knowledge in sales ordinance and operation
• Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to work over weekends and public holidays during sales launch
