Duties:

• Execution of sales strategies and participate in product planning
• Conduct market research and analysis for reporting
• Coordinate on sales matters and arrange sales office and show flat logistics
• Participate in on-site selling works including show flats presentation
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Surveying, Business Administration, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• Min. 1 - 2 years’ experience in Hong Kong property industry
• Knowledge in property related ordinance is an advantage
• Presentable and possess good communication skills
• Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude
• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work over weekends and public holidays during sales launch
