About Our Client - AHT

AHT is one of the world leaders in the production of plug-in coolers and freezers for the commercial sector. The systems are delivered to all major global discounters and supermarket chains, as well as a number of renowned producers in the ice-cream and drinks industries via successful partnerships.To strengthen its growing activities in HK, AHT is searching for a highly-qualified and experienced “Head of Sales, HK” which can further boost sales and business development.

 

Job Description

The Head of Sales, HK will develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to support the business plan. Ideally the successful candidate should have a strong background and network in related application industries.

 

Key responsibilities will include the following fields:

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve the defined sales targets
  • Develop both direct & indirect business to achieve outstanding sales & business performance
  • Build up and develop sales team for best practices, outstanding execution and business results.
  • Develop distribution channel in assigned region and work closely with distribution team to promote the sales including all strategic initiatives
  • Monitor and collecting market information and digging out potential customers
  • Establish and maintain closed business relationship with target customers
  • Manage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned region
  • Keep abreast and report on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends
  • Responsible for sales office operation and management

 

The Successful Applicant

In line with the strategy of AHT we are seeking an outstanding candidate with the following characteristics:

  • Ability to manage an existing and running sales business also with the necessary financial proficiency (P&L responsibility for HK sales office)
  • Experience working with western preferably European companies
  • Profound experience in sales preferably in food retail, a background in brand sales or refrigeration technology B2B sales is a plus
  • Strong sales leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
  • Experience of office management is a plus
  • Age: Ideally 35 and above
  • Education: University degree
  • Languages: English (Business fluent)
