Job Descriptions

• Provide all-rounded support to Business Development & Logistics team;
• Handle customer enquiries and order follow-up;
• Maintain intimate relationship with existing clients;
• Assist other departments to clarify problems with customers in relation to inventory control, debt collect, pending shipment and other operating matters;
• Prepare various sales reports and data consolidations;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or above with minimum 5 years relevant working experience, experience in construction industry is an advantage;
• Able to work independently with good communication skills, well organized and willing to learn;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese & Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing, experience in using Photoshop and AutoCAD is an advantage;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
