Job Responsibilities:

• Handle letters of credit, import & export bills
• Support contract administration process
• Process paperwork efficiently
• Manage electronic and paper filing
• Provide detailed and regular updates of shipments / deliveries to seniors and trader. Details to include: cargo status, inspection updates, vessel location and payment of each contract
• Prepare reports related to outstanding payments / claims / bank costs etc
• Maintain good communication with other divisions and answer inquiries about their daily operation
• Report promptly to superiors for any irregularity

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a trading house or bank
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Responsible, hardworking and positive learning attitude
• Good communication skills
• Good team spirit
• Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese is desirable
