Responsibilities

• Booking air shipment with forwarder
• Prepare shipping document, such as invoice, packing list, COC and collection form
• Comply for all import & export vehicles and doing declaration via Tradelink
• Liaise with forwarders for exchanging airway bill
• Prepare sample documents, I/E licence
• Data entry and filing
• Perform outdoor jobs when necessary

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience in garment industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Putonghua
