Requirements:

• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry.
• Familiar with Origin Cargo Management
• Good telephone manner, willing to learn
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred 

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of export documents, customer declaration, Tradelink declaration etc.
• Ensure accuracy of data input, document upload and filing
• Monitor SOP / KPI to meet our compliance requirement
• Perform cargo planning and work instruction of our customers including accurate reporting and billing
• Maintain close communication and coordinate with clients / overseas agents / carriers / warehouse
• Support upper management to resolve the customer issues
• Provide general administrative support within the department
