Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis and market research on property developments in Hong Kong
• Review and provide feasible solutions and scenarios
• Keep abreast and update record of market information and trends
• Maintain Company’s property-related operational databases
• Monitor policy changes in relevant markets
• Work closely with sales team to monitor planned sales, turnover and profitability

Requirements

• Degree or above in Real Estate Finance / Accounting / Economics or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of solid experience in sales planning or retail merchandise planning, market research and data analysis, preferably gained in real estate / retail / banking / insurance industries
• Supervisory/management level experience is preferred
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
