Responsibilities:

• Support administrative tasks such as downloading and filling of electronic records and supportive printed documents for legislation requirements
• Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries and coordination
• To maintain customers database and perform other administration duties as required by team, such as data processing, document preparation and filing
• Assist in ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements 

• Diploma or above
• 2 year or above of relevant work experience
• Flexible and multi-tasking
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet objectives/ deadlines under the stressful and constrained environments
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Immediate available is preferred
• Student applying for this position will be considered

Working Location: Tsing Yi (Shuttle Bus from Kwai Fong MTR station)
