• Full set of Import/Export documents & Tradelink declarations documents
• Provide clerical support for logistics
• Dealing & co-ordinate with forwarders
• Arrange shipment booking and deliveries
• Documentation relating to invoices and packing lists
• Shipping experience in trading field
• Good communication skills to liaise with forwarders, customers & transportation company
• Coordinate with factories / forwarders for the shipping arrangement
• Good communication skills (English, Cantonese & Putonghua essential)
• Coordination with Accounts Dept. & Mill and Garment Factories for PI & LC handling. 
• Keep Track of weekly Shipments. 
• Monitor Shipment till reaches destination/Monitor Bulk Shipment and left over. 
• Min. 3 years experience in garment factory
• Work independently, well organized & self-motivated
