Responsibilities:

• Support the team on existing customer base profile analysis, segmentation and micro-segment, to formulate customer retention, in-base value management and loyalty marketing programs
• Generate different kinds of customer list for various sales channels
• Prepare sales performance tracking / analysis reports for the marketing team
• Perform customer data house-keeping, cleansing and mapping as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Studies / CRM / Information System or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience preferably in business analysis, CRM and preferably in telecom industry
• Experienced in data mining and proficient in analysis tools, e,g. Oracle, SQL and SAS is an asset. 
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight schedule
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
• For promising candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst position
