Our client, an Asset Management company with PRC background, is seeking high calibres to fill the above position :

Responsibilities & Requirements :

• To liaise with compliance agents to ensure that activities of the company are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• To review and ensure timely reporting on compliance matters to meet internal & external requirements
• To conduct internal control on the company’s operations
• To take up ad-hoc projects as requested
• University degree in Accounts/ Finance/ Law or related studies
• Minimum of 3 years’ internal control experience in consulting firm or banking & finance industry.  Exposure in asset management field is a plus
• Well versed with the regulatory requirement and compliance policies of HKMA and SFC
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluent Putunghua)
