We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong in the legal & compliance areas.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct client onboarding procedures
• Prepare periodic reports on compliance activities
• Provide legal support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas
• Attend to general legal administrative duties
• Assist with ad hoc projects as required

Key Requirements:  

•  Diploma or degree in legal studies
• 2 to 3 years of legal experience (experience in corporate and commercial areas)
• Attention to detail and well-organized
• Responsible, self-motivated and dedicated team player
• Excellent communication skills in English is essential (written and spoken), Mandarin fluency and literacy will be ideal but not required
