Leasing Officer (Job ID: 1469)

Responsibilities:

• To manage the tenancy administration of a mixed property portfolio for the Bank
• To liaise with landlords and tenants on all tenancy related matters
• To assist in identifying new sites for branch network optimization

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma preferably in Surveying, Property Management or related discipline
• Preferably 3-5 years' experience in leasing or lease administratiion of Hong Kong properties
• Sound knowledge of tenancy law, DMC, Landlord and Tenant (Consolidation) Ordinance and other related statutory regulations
• Excellent coordination, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and accountable
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
