Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified individual looking for a career in a professional and fun work environment. Applicants should be friendly, motivated, client service oriented, able to effectively communicate with people, and ideally familiar with real estate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- General administrative and clerical support to team
- Handle incoming phone enquiries
- Respond to client emails
- Assist team with setting up of client accounts
- Support consultants with day-to-day internal requests
- Data entry of property information
- Management of property database
Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Cantonese
- Proficient in computer skills including MS Office
- Good phone skills
- Position immediately available, new graduates welcome to apply
